Conditional Logic in Bulk Email Campaigns lets you send targeted messages to specific contacts based on custom conditions. Whether you're segmenting by location, tags, plan type, or any custom field, this feature ensures your emails go to the right people with the right message.
Pre-requisite:
Create an Audience List: An audience list is required to send emails. If you have not created one, follow the guide here to create an Audience List.
Custom fields(Optional): You’ll need custom columns to use as filters, but you can also use the default columns. Follow this guide to set up a Custom Field.
Set Up Email Settings (Optional): Ensure that your email settings are configured under the Campaign Settings menu. You need to have at least one sender email address available. Follow the guide here to set up Email configuration.
Conditional Logic in Bulk Campaigns
Click on the "Create Campaign" button. Fill in the campaign details and click "Create Campaign" to proceed.
After creating a step and entering the sender details, scroll down to the Filter section and select "Add Group".
3. Then, select the Audience List, choose the column you want to filter by, select the appropriate operator (e.g., equals, contains), and enter the value you want to compare it. Once your conditions are set, click on "Start Campaign" to launch your bulk email campaign.
