Custom Fields in BlockSurvey allow you to go beyond basic contact details like email or phone number. You can define your own fields such as Job Title, Referral Source, Preferences, or Tags to store personalized data for each contact. These fields help with better segmentation, personalization, and campaign targeting.

Create an Audience List: If you have not created one, follow the guide here to create an Audience List.
Custom Fields in Your Audience List
Navigate to the "Audience Panel" section in your TeamSpace and open the Audience List where you want to create custom fields.
Click on "Add Columns", then in the popup, click "Add New Column" to create a custom field.
You can define the column name and choose the data type (e.g., Text, Number, Date) to suit your needs.
You can add a new custom column using the “Add” icon and delete an existing one using the “Delete” icon in the "Add Columns" popup.
After adding or modifying the custom column, click on "Save" to apply the changes to your Audience List.
By using Custom Fields in your Audience List, you can collect and organize richer, more personalized data about your contacts. This flexibility helps you segment your audience more effectively and run highly targeted campaigns.
