What is a Grid Feature in the Audience list?
The Audience List in BlockSurvey includes a powerful, customizable grid that helps you manage and organize your audience data with ease. These features make it simple to search, filter, rearrange, and customize your view, so you can focus on the contacts that matter most.
Using Grid Feature in the Audience List

1. Searching the Audience list
Quickly find specific audience members by using the Search bar.
Type a name, email, phone number, or country to instantly locate matching records.
Search works across all visible columns.
2. Filtering the Audience list
Narrow your view by applying column-specific filters.
Click the Filter icon in the column header you want to filter.
Choose from options like contains, equals, or starts with.
Apply multiple filters to refine your audience list.
In the example below, the Audience list is filtered under the country USA.
3. Reordering Columns in the list
Rearrange columns to suit your workflow.
Click and drag a column header to a new position to rearrange the column.
Place your most important fields at the front for quick reference.
4. Pinning Columns of the list
Keep important columns visible while scrolling through large audience lists.
Click on a column header and choose Pin Left, Pin Right, or No Pin.
Ideal for keeping key identifiers in permanent view.
5. Adding Custom Columns to the list
Create new columns based on existing audience data to tailor your view.
Click Add Columns and define the name of your custom column.
The New Column contains a number of field types for you to choose from.
