Connect Tremendous to a BlockSurvey survey and every respondent who completes it can get a gift card or cash reward. Rewards are paid from your team's own Tremendous balance, and respondents choose their reward on Tremendous's redeem page.
This integration is available for team surveys on the Team and Enterprise plans. You need a Tremendous account with funds in it. If you don't have one yet, you can create it while connecting.
Follow these steps to set it up:
Open your survey and go to the Integrate screen.
Under the Integrations menu, click Connect on the Tremendous card.
Click Connect Tremendous Account, then sign in to Tremendous (or sign up) and finish their setup. If your team has already connected an account, choose Use an already linked account and pick it from the list, or click Connect a new account to add another one.
Set the reward:
Amount: what each respondent gets, in the currency you pick.
Tremendous campaign (optional): uses a campaign's branding and rewards from your Tremendous account.
What respondents can choose: any reward in the catalog, only rewards you select, or the campaign's rewards. Cash payouts such as PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer carry a fee.
Choose the Delivery:
Show a redeem link on the thank-you page: the respondent redeems right after submitting.
Email it to the respondent: pick the survey's email question. You can change the Sender name, Subject and Message of the reward email, or leave them empty to use the default text. This option needs an Email question in the survey.
Anonymous surveys always use the redeem link, because no email address is collected.
Set Limits if you need them. Maximum rewards caps how many rewards the survey sends, and Budget caps how much it spends. Rewards stop when either limit is reached, and respondents then see the normal thank-you page. Leave both empty for no limit.
Under Who qualifies, click Add condition to reward only respondents whose answers match. With no condition, everyone who completes the survey qualifies.
Click Set up Tremendous to save. Later edits are saved with Save changes.
Share the survey. After a qualifying respondent submits, the thank-you page shows Your reward is ready with a Redeem reward button, or tells them it was sent to their email address. The card follows your survey's theme. If someone submits again, they see You've already received a reward.
Check who was rewarded in the Responses screen. The Gift Card Reward column shows the status of each response's reward, for example "Sent 10 USD".
To pause rewards, toggle off the Tremendous integration in the Integrations menu. Click Remove Integration to remove it from the survey.
Using more than one Tremendous account
A team can connect several Tremendous accounts, and each survey pays from the one you pick. Your connected accounts are listed under Team Settings > Integrations, where you can also remove an account.
