Integrating Smartsheet with BlockSurvey allows you to automatically send survey responses to a Smartsheet in real time. This makes it easy to track responses, collaborate with your team, and analyze your data efficiently.
Follow these steps to set it up:
After designing and publishing your survey, navigate to the Integrations screen.
Under Integrations, find Smartsheet and click Connect.
Click Connect Smartsheet Account.
In the popup, click Allow to connect your Smartsheet account.
Select your Smartsheet account and click Allow to authorize the connection.
Click Setup Smartsheet to create a new Smartsheet for your survey.
Click View Smartsheet to open the newly created sheet.
Submit a test response to your survey. The response will be automatically added to the Smartsheet in real time.
To stop sending new responses to Smartsheet, use the toggle switch to disable the integration. Once disabled, new responses will no longer be sent to the sheet.
Click Remove Integration to disconnect Smartsheet from your survey.
Note: For security reasons, BlockSurvey does not support connecting to an existing Smartsheet. Accessing an existing sheet would require permissions to view your other Smartsheet files.
To protect your data, BlockSurvey creates and manages a new Smartsheet for each survey, ensuring that your other Smartsheet files remain private and secure.
