Integrating BlockSurvey with Intercom allows you to collect customer feedback seamlessly within your Intercom chats. Instead of sending users a separate link, you can deliver surveys directly inside the Intercom Messenger window so customers can respond without ever leaving the conversation
Follow these steps to set it up:
After designing and publishing your survey, navigate to the Integrate screen in your survey.
Under the Integrations menu, click on the Connect button for Intercom.
Click on the Connect Intercom Account button.
In the popup, choose the Intercom Workspace you want to connect.
Click Authorize Access to sign in to your selected Intercom workspace.
Once authorized, BlockSurvey will be installed in your Intercom workspace, click on the Set Up Intercom button.
On the intercom Inbox, click on the Show Shortcuts button and search for BlockSurvey and select Use BlockSurvey.
Select Use BlockSurvey and select the survey that you want to share with your customer and click on send.
Once the user completes the survey, it will be reflected in BlockSurvey Responses.
If necessary, use the toggle switch to disable Intercom integration. Once disabled, new responses will no longer be sent to the sheet.
Click Remove Integration to disconnect the current Intercom Integration.
