Integrating BlockSurvey with Zendesk allows you to collect customer feedback seamlessly within your Zendesk Support tickets. Using the Zendesk integration in BlockSurvey, you can access your BlockSurvey surveys directly from Zendesk.
Follow these steps to set it up:
After designing and publishing your survey, navigate to the Integrate screen in your survey.
Under the Integrations menu, click on the Connect button for Zendesk.
Enter your Zendesk Subdomain and click Connect Zendesk Account.
Grant access to your Zendesk account and click Set up Zendesk to integrate BlockSurvey and your Zendesk account.
Go to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for BlockSurvey.
Install the BlockSurvey app in your Zendesk workspace.
Open a Support ticket in Zendesk and click on the Apps panel and select BlockSurvey.
Select the survey from the dropdown and click Send Survey to insert the URL into the response and share it with your customer.
If necessary, use the toggle switch to disable Zendesk integration. Once disabled, the survey will not be listed in the app.
Click Remove Integration to disconnect the current Zendesk Integration.
