Integrating BlockSurvey with Freshdesk allows you to collect customer feedback seamlessly within your Freshdesk chats. Using the Freshdesk integration in BlockSurvey you can access your BlockSurvey surveys directly from Freshdesk.
Follow these steps to set it up:
After designing and publishing your survey, navigate to the Integrate screen in your survey.
Under the Integrations menu, click on the Connect button for Freshdesk.
Fill in the API key and the Domain for your workspace in Freshdesk and click on Connect Freshdesk Account.
Once authorized, Click on the Setup Freshdesk button.
Install the BlockSurvey App from the Freshdesk marketplace.
Once installed, you can access the app from the Reply text editor by clicking on the attachment icon and selecting BlockSurvey.
Select the survey you want to share and click on Add to Reply.
On the selection the survey URL will be added to the reply.
If necessary, use the toggle switch to disable Freshdesk integration. Once disabled, the survey will not be listed in the app.
Click Remove Integration to disconnect the current Freshdesk Integration.
