Integrating Airtable with BlockSurvey allows you to automatically send survey responses to an Airtable base in real-time. This is useful for organizing responses, collaborating with team members, and performing advanced data analysis.
Follow these steps to set it up:
After designing and publishing your survey, navigate to the Integrate screen in your survey.
Under the Integrations menu, click the Connect button for Airtable.
Click the Connect Airtable Account button.
In the popup, log in to your Airtable account.
Click Add Base in the popup and select the base where you want to add the table.
Click Grant Access to allow BlockSurvey to access your Airtable.
Once permissions are granted, click the Set up Airtable button.
Under the selected base in Airtable, a new table will be created automatically, with the same name as your survey title.
Click View Airtable Base to open the newly created table.
Submit test responses in your survey.
Verify that the responses appear in the connected Airtable base in real-time.
Use the toggle switch to disable Airtable integration if needed. Once disabled, new responses will no longer be sent to the base.
Click Remove Integration to disconnect the current Airtable base.
Note: For security reasons, BlockSurvey does not support linking to an existing table in Airtable. While granting permissions, you can choose a specific base, and BlockSurvey will create a new table within that base for each survey. This ensures your existing data remains private and secure.
