AI Controls lets organization owners decide which AI features their team can see and use. You can turn off AI for the whole organization with one switch, or turn off only the features you don't need. The settings apply to every member and every teamspace in your organization.
How to Turn Off All AI Features
Open Global Settings and, under Organization, select AI Controls.
Switch off AI features at the top of the page.
Click Turn off AI to confirm.
Your team members no longer see AI features anywhere in BlockSurvey, and any new AI features we release stay off for your organization.
How to Turn Off Specific AI Features
Open Global Settings > Organization > AI Controls.
Switch off the feature you don't want your team to use. Each change saves right away.
Some features have sub-features. Click the features button under the feature, for example 4 features, to see them and switch them off one by one.
A sub-feature can't be turned on while its main feature is off.

New AI Features
The Turn on new AI features automatically setting decides what happens when we release a new AI feature. When it's on, new features start on for your organization. Turn it off to review each one before your team can use it.
While AI is turned off for your organization, this setting stays off, so a new AI feature never turns on by itself.
Tip: Changes apply to everyone in your organization the next time they open BlockSurvey.
Note: Published surveys that already use AI follow-up questions keep asking them until you remove the follow-up from the question. If you turn AI back on later, your earlier choices for each feature come back.
