Creating forms and surveys in BlockSurvey is simple and efficient with the Create using AI feature. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Navigate to the Dashboard and click on Create BlockSurvey -> Create using AI.
BlockSurvey offers predefined prompts to help you get started. Choose one, and click Generate to let the AI generate a questionnaire based on the selected prompt.
Alternatively, you can provide your custom prompt for the AI to work with.
If you have an existing survey link, click "Add URL", paste the link in the popup, and confirm by clicking Add URL.
To upload a document (PDF, text, or Excel), select "Add Document", and upload the file from your device.
Click the Generate button. The AI will analyze your input and create a questionnaire tailored to your data.
Review the generated questions. If you need additional questions, click Make More.
Once satisfied with the questionnaire, click Create Survey to finalize it.
Customize the survey further, if needed, and click Publish to distribute and start collecting responses.
