Integrating BlockSurvey with Power BI allows you to visualize and analyze your survey responses using powerful dashboards and reports. Instead of manually exporting data, you can connect BlockSurvey responses directly to Power BI and keep your insights updated for deeper analysis and sharing.
Follow these steps to set it up:
After designing and publishing your survey, navigate to the Integrate screen in your survey.
Under the Integrations menu, click Connect next to Power BI.
Click on the Connect Power BI Account button.
In the pop-up, sign in with your Microsoft account associated with Power BI.
Grant permission to allow BlockSurvey to share survey response data with Power BI.
Select the Workspace you would like to create your Power BI dataset.
Choose the Survey whose responses you want to sync to Power BI.
Once the data is loaded, you can create charts, tables, and dashboards based on your survey responses.
When new responses are collected, refresh the dataset in Power BI to reflect the latest data.
If necessary, use the toggle switch to disable Power BI integration. Once disabled, new responses will no longer sync to Power BI.
Click Remove Integration to disconnect the current Power BI integration.
