Why is scheduling survey recurrence required?
Scheduling recurring surveys ensures that feedback is collected at regular intervals. This consistency helps avoid gaps, makes responses comparable across time periods, and gives you more reliable insights.
Instead of manually recreating and sending surveys each time, recurrence automates the process, saving time and reducing effort while keeping your data collection consistent.
Scheduling Survey Recurrence
Go to Settings > Response Management > Schedule Response Collection.
Now select Recurring Schedule.
The Repeat Frequency can be set to Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
Select the Start & End time of Survey availability for respondents. One can also choose a preferred Time Zone.
This feature allows you to select the Start date and End date as well.
Once configured, your survey will automatically follow the set schedule, ensuring consistent and timely response collection.
