How to set up Survey Access?

How does Survey Access Work?

With the Survey Access feature, you can restrict surveys to invited participants only. Simply use your email campaign to send the survey link directly to your chosen audience, ensuring only the right people can respond.

Use case: A survey owner uses an email Campaign to distribute the Employee Satisfaction Survey to a specific audience list.

Setting up Survey Access

  • Go to Settings > General > Survey Access > & Toggle ON Invite Only

  • Only invited respondents can access your survey when this option is enabled. You can invite people by email using Email Campaigns.

That's it! Now, you can easily invite a selected audience to take the survey using the Survey Access feature.
