In BlockSurvey, CAPTCHA validation (also known as Bot Prevention) helps safeguard your survey from spam and automated responses. It prompts respondents to complete a simple task like checking a box before submitting their responses. This ensures your data is collected from real people, not bots.
By default, Bot Prevention is enabled on all surveys created in BlockSurvey.
Follow these simple steps to turn CAPTCHA validation on or off:
Go to your Survey Settings.
Navigate to General -> Bot Prevention.
Use the Bot Prevention toggle to enable or disable the CAPTCHA validation.
