BlockSurvey offers convenient features to export and import data effortlessly.
How to Export Data?
To export your form or survey data, follow these steps:
Open the desired form or survey.
Click on More -> Export from the Response or Analytics page.
A JSON file containing your data will be downloaded to your machine.
Pre-requisite: The form or survey has to be created before you import the data. 🔑 Key Guide! to import and export form or survey designs.
How to Import Data?
To import your form or survey data, proceed as follows:
Pre-requisite: Make sure Bot Prevention is turned off for the survey. To do this, go to Settings -> General -> Bot Prevention in your survey settings.
Open the desired form or survey where you want to import the data.
Click on More -> Export from the Response or Analytics page.
Upload the previously downloaded JSON file from your machine.
Note: Only JSON format is supported for import/export operations. Please ensure that you import the data into the correct survey. It is important to keep your data safe and secure at all times.
