BlockSurvey allows you to export both responses and the analytics report. BlockSurvey makes it easy for you to export.
Export your responses in CSV, Excel, & SPSS.
To export results in CSV, Excel, or SPSS, go to the Responses screen and click the Download Icon. Then, choose the file type you prefer to download to your local machine.
Export your analytics report in CSV, DOCX & PDF.
To export results in CSV, DOCX, or PDF, go to the Analytics screen, select Response Analytics, and click the Download Icon. Then, choose the file type you prefer to download to your local machine.
Showing Variables & Expressions while Exporting Responses:
In the responses screen, go to More, and select Show Variables to include variables in your responses. It will be available for export.

Note: Your Open-ended responses are included in your Analytics PDF download.

Tip: When using the Firefox browser to download the PDF file, there may be instances where some charts in certain survey questions might be missing. In such cases, prefer other browsers.
