The Chart Options panel lets you customize how charts appear in Response Analytics, making it easier to present and interpret your survey data.
How to Access Chart Options
Go to Analytics -> Response Analytics.
Open any chart.
Click the Chart Options (slider) icon on the right side of the chart.
Available Options
Chart Size – Choose from Auto, Compact, Medium, or Tall to adjust the chart height.
Show Data Values – Displays response values directly on the chart, eliminating the need to hover over bars or data points to view the values.
Show X Axis / Show Y Axis – Toggle axis visibility for a cleaner or more detailed view.
Horizontal Bar – Switch between vertical and horizontal bar charts (where supported).
Value Range – Enter minimum and maximum values to define the chart scale.
Axis Labels
Default – Show standard labels.
Show Full Labels – Display complete label text without truncation.
Show as Legend – Move labels to a legend for improved readability.
Sort – Arrange chart values using:
Default
High to Low
Low to High
Edit Labels – Rename or customize chart labels for better presentation.
