Why should you use Dynamic Outcomes?
For assessments and quizzes, survey owners often need to display different interpretations or results based on scoring. Dynamic Outcomes make this possible by showing a customized outcome summary depending on the respondent’s score.
Use Case
For example, if you are conducting an appearance anxiety assessment, the results can be interpreted as either “Lower Appearance Anxiety” or “Greater Appearance Anxiety.” In such cases, displaying a dynamic outcome summary helps deliver personalized and meaningful feedback to respondents.
Setting up a dynamic outcome summary
Create the anxiety assessment in the builder.
In the Thank you screen, go to Outcome, and click the icon for Add Summary.
You can set a dynamic summary here to display based on a condition.
Once set, a dynamic summary will be displayed when this anxiety assessment is taken, based on scoring and interpretation.
Using Dynamic Outcomes helps you deliver personalized, meaningful feedback to respondents instantly. For assessments like anxiety tests, this ensures each participant receives an interpretation that reflects their score, improving engagement and the overall survey experience.
