How to use ‘Compare Data’ in Analytics

Updated over a month ago

‘Compare Data’ allows you to segment your survey responses based on specific criteria and compare the results across different segments.

Use case: Patient Satisfaction Survey is used as an example here. You’ll find how to analyze responses effectively with the ‘Compare Data’ Option

Analyzing using ‘Compare Data’

  1. Consider the question “Are you happy with the overall experience at our facility?” from the patient satisfaction survey. The answer choice for this question is Yes/No.

  2. Go to Analytics tab > Analyze Responses > Compare Data.

  3. Under Compare Data, select the question (mentioned in step 1) for specific criteria and click Apply.

  4. On clicking Apply, the responses of all other questions are segmented by the options Yes and No for the selected question.

For example, in the snapshot below, you can find the segmented ages of all respondents who have responded as Yes and No. This helps in a deeper analysis of the collected responses.
