Updated over a month ago

Why should one disqualify a survey response?

Disqualifying responses is an important quality control measure that allows you to exclude incomplete, invalid, or otherwise unsuitable submissions from your survey results. It is handy to mark specific survey responses as disqualified, based on your manual check.

Consider a Patient Satisfaction Survey, where the survey owner wants to mark a response as disqualified. Let’s discover how it is done.

Steps to mark a response as disqualified

  1. In this Patient Satisfaction Survey, you find the need to disqualify a response. The reason is that a particular response is duplicated.

  2. To mark this response as disqualified, select the check box of the response. Go to More and select Mark as Disqualified Responses.

  3. The marked response is moved to the Disqualified Responses tab.

That’s it! You now know how to mark survey responses as disqualified in your survey platform. By following these steps, you can maintain the integrity and accuracy of your survey data by excluding responses that don't meet your quality standards or criteria.
