Steps to mark a response as disqualified
In this Patient Satisfaction Survey, you find the need to disqualify a response. The reason is that a particular response is duplicated.
To mark this response as disqualified, select the check box of the response. Go to More and select Mark as Disqualified Responses.
The marked response is moved to the Disqualified Responses tab.
