What is the ‘Show Question Score’ Option?
‘Show Question Score’ option in the responses screen allows you to show separate score columns for scored questions, like Likert scales.
Use Case
Consider the use case below of a Product Satisfaction Survey. The single option question below asks for responses on a Likert scale. Each option in the Likert Scale is assigned a weight.
By default, only the Likert scale labels are displayed in the grid, not the assigned scores.
Using ‘Show Question Score’
In the Responses screen, select More and click Show Question Score.
The Scores of individual options in the Likert Scale are displayed in the response grid.
The Show Question Score option makes it easy to view and analyze numerical scores for scored questions, such as Likert scales, directly in the responses screen, saving time and simplifying data interpretation.
