Why am I not receiving OTP

To sign up or sign in to BlockSurvey using your email, you will receive an OTP to the email you entered.

Why am I not receiving my OTP email?

It might be in your spam or junk folder. Additionally, there can be delays on the recipient's email server side. Please check your spam folder or try resending the OTP.

Will resending the OTP help?

Yes. Resending from a different email provider can help bypass possible delays or issues with the original server, improving the chance of delivery.

Network Connectivity Issue

If you're not receiving the OTP and have already verified that your email address is correct, the issue may be related to your network connection.

To resolve this:

  • Verify whether a VPN is currently enabled on your device, as VPNs can sometimes block or interfere with requests.

  • If a VPN is enabled, disable it and try signing in again.

  • Alternatively, switch to a different network (for example, mobile data or another Wi-Fi connection) and attempt to sign in again.
