Create an Event in Calendly and generate the iFrame Code.
In your Calendly account, create the event you want to schedule.
Once your event is created, copy the event URL.
Paste the copied URL into the following iFrame code.

Integrate Calendly with BlockSurvey.
In your BlockSurvey account, create a survey or form.
Paste the iFrame code into the question section.
3. Select the code and mark it as HTML.
