BlockSurvey provides a private and secure way to collect files and documents while ensuring respondents’ submissions remain encrypted and only you can access them.
Here is how you do it:
Go to your survey.
Click on Add Question and add the File Upload question to your survey.
Once you have designed your questionnaire, publish it.
How does it work for respondents?
On the survey-taking screen, on click of the file upload the respondents can choose or they can drag and drop their files from the machine and submit their responses.
Accessing Uploaded Files
You can download the submitted files directly from the Responses or Analytics screen of the survey.
