Paid but still asked to upgrade?
Check these:
1. Right workspace: plans apply to an organization. Check the organization and teamspace in the left sidebar match the one you paid for.
2. Invited members: people you invite get your plan only after they accept and appear under Members. If they signed up separately first, their personal space stays free.
3. Plan limits: Standard allows 500 responses a month, Premium 2,000 and Team 5,000 (pricing page). Some features need a higher plan, for example Google Sheets needs Premium or above.
4. Refresh: sign out and back in after upgrading.
Note: Email sign-up is a new feature which available from November 2022. If you have signed up for an account before Nov 2022, try signing in using the BlockSurvey Wallet with your secret key.
