How to Sign In to BlockSurvey on a new browser / device (using an existing account) through Email
To sign in to BlockSurvey on a new browser or device, you will need your account's secret key. Here's how to do it:
- Launch BlockSurvey.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter your Email.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email. Click Continue.
- Enter the Secret key and click Continue.
Note: You should have received a secret key during the sign-up process, either by downloading it to your machine or by saving it in a secure location.
In case you missed your Secret Key, you can use the Magic Recovery Code to sign in to BlockSurvey.
You should now be all set and logged in to your BlockSurvey account.
