My email or account does not exist. What am I missing

If you're having trouble signing in with your email, double-check that you used your email address or the BlockSurvey Wallet to sign up in the first place.

If you signed up using your email and are now trying to sign in using the BlockSurvey Wallet, you might see an error message that says, 'This secret key is linked with an email address! Sign in using email'. To fix this, simply try signing in with your email address instead.

Note: By default, all users who signed up before November 2022 are using the BlockSurvey Wallet for both signing in and signing up.
