Text Campaign Verification & Approval Process

Before you can send survey invitations through SMS, your organization must complete the verification process. This is required to comply with US carrier regulations for A2P 10DLC messaging and helps ensure reliable message delivery.

How the Verification Process Works

  1. Submit Your Verification Details

    When you access Text Campaigns for the first time, you'll be prompted to complete a verification form with your organization and messaging details.

    Make sure all information is accurate and complete, as missing or incorrect details can delay approval.

  2. BlockSurvey Submits Your Registration

    Once submitted, BlockSurvey will review your information and handle the A2P 10DLC registration process on your behalf through our messaging provider.

  3. Compliance Review

    Your registration details will be reviewed for compliance requirements. During this stage, additional information or clarification may be requested if needed.

  4. Approval & Activation

    After the registration is approved, Text Campaigns will be enabled for your organization and a dedicated phone number will be provisioned for sending SMS surveys.

  5. Start Sending SMS Surveys

    Once activated, you can create and launch SMS campaigns directly from BlockSurvey to reach your audience via text message.

Note: Approval timelines are determined by the carrier review process and typically take 1–2 weeks. We will notify you as soon as your Text Campaigns are activated.
