How to request a payment invoice?
Log in to your BlockSurvey account.
Click on the ‘Upgrade’ button.
In the upgrade popup, select "Request Payment Invoice."
This will prompt you to raise a support ticket with your billing details.
What to include in the invoice request?
When submitting your request to our support team, please include the following details:

I am writing to request an invoice for purchasing a subscription plan. Below are the details of my request:
Plan Name: Specify the plan name (e.g., Standard, Premium, Team, or Enterprise)
Subscription Period: Specify the period (e.g., 1 year, 6 months, etc.)
Organization Name: Provide the name of your organization
Contact Person Name: Your name or the designated contact person’s name
Contact Email: Your email address for correspondence
Billing Address: Provide your organization’s billing address
