What is a Page break in surveys?
A page break in surveys is a divider that splits a survey into multiple pages or screens, rather than displaying all questions on a single page.
Consider an Employee Satisfaction Survey in wanting of Page break.
Here is a quick guide on how to create a Page break in surveys
Consider the Employee Satisfaction Survey below. It needs a page break after basic questions like name, employee ID, and department.
To enable Page break, go to the question after which you need page break. Click on the page break icon as shown below.
In the resulting pop-up, add a Page Title and Description. Your changes are saved automatically.
Publish your survey. You can find basic employee questions displayed in a separate screen.
Alternatively, you can also apply a page break by selecting Page Break from Question Type Selection.
Note: This feature is only available in the classic view.
Remember to turn on the page break option at the last question in each section.
It is a good practice to break up your questionnaire into sections, such as introduction, consent, demographics, body, and close.
That's it! This is how you can add a page break in your surveys. Give it a try!
