Yes, BlockSurvey supports email notifications.
This instant notification is intended for long-term surveys with a small volume of responses. Best used to collect feedback on websites using Widgets.
Here is how you do it:
Go to Settings -> Notifications -> Email notifications in the survey or form.
Under Self Notification add your email and Subscribe.
Note: BlockSurvey cannot read your data as it is encrypted and cannot be accessed. So, we can not send the actual responses through email. However, you will be notified asynchronously when a new response is received. Rest assured that there are zero trackers or hidden pixels in the email. It is safe.
Send Notifications Only When Conditions Are Met
If you only want to receive notifications for specific responses, you can configure a send condition.
Under Self notification:
Scroll to the Send Condition section.
Click Add condition.
Select:
The survey question to evaluate.
The comparison operator (Equals, Contains, Greater Than, etc.).
The value to compare against.
Add additional conditions or conditional groups as needed.
Click Subscribe/Update to save the notification.
The notification email will only be sent when the specified conditions are met.
Example Use Cases
Notify the sales team only when a respondent requests a demo.
Receive an alert when a satisfaction score is below 3.
Notify a manager when a respondent selects a high-priority support category.
Route notifications to different teams based on survey responses.
That's it! Now you'll receive an email alert every time you get a new response to your survey or form.
