How to create a custom URL using your own domain
Pre-requisite: Complete the custom domain setup before continuing, if not follow this tutorial.
After setting up your custom domain in Settings -> Brand -> Custom Domain from the dashboard, you can use it as the URL for any new forms or surveys you create.
To do this, go to the Share screen of a survey/form and select the domain you want from the Select custom domain dropdown list to get a new URL.
