How do I transfer my subscription to a new or another account
To transfer your BlockSurvey paid subscription from one account to another, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- The Account ID your subscription is currently associated with.
- The Account ID you want the subscription transferred to.
- A screenshot of your Account & Billing page.
Note: We won't be able to transfer your data to another account at present. However, we plan to offer a self-service option for exporting and importing data in the future.
