How to add branding to surveys

BlockSurvey makes it easy to add your branding, allowing you to fully customize the appearance of your surveys and forms. Here's how you can do it:

Set up your Brand Kit

To set up your default branding:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Brand → Brand Kit.

  3. Here, you can upload and manage the following:

    • Logos & Images

    • Fonts

    • Themes

    • Custom CSS Properties

    • Chart Colors

    • Social Media Links

    • Brand Domain

  4. To make any of these elements the default for future surveys or forms:

    • Click the “...” next to the element.

    • Select Set as Default.

  5. When you create a new survey or form, these default brand settings will automatically apply.

Apply Branding to an Individual Survey

If you want to override the default branding for a specific survey:

  1. Open your survey and go to the Design screen.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Brand.

  3. Use the menu options to manually update logos, themes, fonts, and other brand elements for that particular survey.

Customize Branding on the Thank You Screen

To personalize the branding on the Thank You screen:

  1. Go to the Thank You screen in the Design screen of the survey.

  2. Click on the Brand tab.

  3. Enable the Show powered by logo toggle.

  4. Click on the BlockSurvey logo and choose your brand logo from the Brand Kit or upload a new logo directly from your device.
