I have an account set up, but it is showing as free for some reason.

If you have trouble signing in to your account, please double-check how you signed up.

Is it through email? Or through the BlockSurvey wallet. If you signed up through the wallet, you would have the secret key to sign in using the BlockSurvey Wallet.

If through email, use the email + secret key to sign in using email.

Note: Email sign-up is a new feature which available from November 2022. If you have signed up for an account before Nov 2022, try signing in using the BlockSurvey Wallet with your secret key.
