How to use feedback function

Feedback refers to information about something you have done that tells you how good or bad it is. In the context of a survey or form, you may want to provide feedback to the respondents as they fill out the form or receive additional information from them.

BlockSurvey's feedback function enables you to implement this at the individual question level using logic under the Feedback tab of a question in the survey or form. There are two approaches:

  1. Two-step process (using the Display option): This is useful for quizzes, where the respondent confirms their answer by checking it against the correct answer.

  1. Single-step process / Instant feedback (using the Receive option): This is useful for receiving additional information from the respondent.

You can also use the Instant feedback property to display or receive feedback instantly on answering.

Additionally, you can use the Disable options on answer feature to freeze answers in a quiz, and it works exclusively with the One question at a time or Classic view. When the user answers or clicks the Check button, answer options or fields will be disabled..

Give it a try! And create a more interactive and personalized experience for your respondents.
