How do I reset my password

Unlike the traditional system, there is no password to reset in BlockSurvey.

Your password is the 12-word or 24-word secret key that is known only to you. No one, including BlockSurvey, has access to this key.

If you lose your secret key, there is no way to retrieve your account or your data.
