Eastern Time. We are quick, we respond as soon as we see it. 

When writing your message to us, keep in mind that the more detail you can provide on the issue, the easier it will be for our team to understand the problem and support you, eventually saving you time. Each user's machine is different, so it's important to get us through the context of the problem.
Information to be included are:
  • What is the issue?
  • What steps did you take before the issue happened?
  • What are you seeing when the issue occurs? 

Include any screenshots you can from your entire browser window that show the issue. Remember, not to include any personal identifiable information in the screenshots.
