The first thing you should try is searching for the issue you're experiencing in our comprehensive Help Center. We have detailed, easy-to-follow guidance for almost every problem you might encounter with BlockSurvey.

If you can't find what you're looking for in the BlockSurvey Help Center, you can get in touch with our team by filling out the Contact form (next to the BlockSurvey Help Center menu) or write to us at [email protected].

We will get back to you directly during business hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Time). We are quick; we respond as soon as we see it. 

When writing your message to us, keep in mind that the more detail you can provide on the issue, the easier it will be for our team to understand the problem and support you, eventually saving you time. Each user's machine is different, so it's important to get us through the context of the problem.
Information to be included are:
  1. What is the issue?
  2. What steps did you take before the issue occurred?
  3. What are you seeing when the issue happens? 

If possible, include screenshots of the entire browser window that show the issue. Remember not to include any personally identifiable information in the screenshots.
