What happens after collecting 20 responses or reaching the free plan limit

Once you've collected 20 responses or reached the free plan limit, you can still create new forms/surveys, but you won't be able to publish or collect new responses. Your current surveys' response collection will also pause, but you can still see and download all the data you've collected so far.
