Unable to Sign In with my OTP received in email
To sign in to BlockSurvey, you'll need both your one-time password (OTP) and your secret key. The secret key is a file that you should have downloaded to your computer during the sign-up.
After you enter the OTP, just enter your secret key to complete the sign-in.
Note: If you can't find your secret key, try using the BlockSurvey Magic Recovery Code that was sent to your email during sign-up. If you don't have either the secret key or the recovery code, unfortunately, it won't be possible to recover your account. In this case, you'll need to create a new account to get started again
